§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to individuals using the Website located at the URL: https://www.vestil.pl/
   and is effective from 23.05.2018.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR),
   3. considering complaints and claims (art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (art. 6 par. 1 lit. c GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – a request to complete a survey or respond to several questions concerning the quality of provided services (art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In the case of giving consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
3. If the person has consented to the processing of data (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 point a GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose of processing (e.g., contract execution, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims or when data retention is required by tax regulations.

7. Visitors to the Website can fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter by providing an e-mail address and/or phone number, which serves as the basis for automatic contact.
8. Visitors to the Website may consent to our conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on the e-mail address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software companies and companies maintaining IT systems, with whom we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include rules for data processing and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies is entitled to process data in any way other than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may only be processed for the proper provision of services.
