Guarantee provision terms
Cancellation fee is not charged until 18:00 PM on the day of arrival. After this time, if there is no contact with the Guest, the reservation is canceled. If the reservation is to be held after 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, the guest should contact the hotel and provide a credit card to guarantee the room reservation.

Special requirements
To receive a VAT invoice to a company, company information along with NIP (TIN) number need to be sent promptly to the email address: rezerwacja@vestil.pl
Failing to provide this data will disenable issuing invoice to a company.
Terms of check-in
The room is available from 3 PM.
Terms of check-out
The room has to be vacated by 11 AM at the latest.
Terms concerning children
Accommodation and breakfast are free of charge for a child/2 children under 5 in a room with parents. From ages 5 to 15: accommodation free of charge, 15.00 PLN discount on breakfast.

- VAT national taxes for accommodation services: 8% (per night / per product)
The reservation is kept until 18:00 hour on the arrival date. It is not required to pay upfront or provide credit card information. If guest arrives after 18:00 hour, the reservation might not be fulfilled.
