Procedure: "The standard beer bath"

The next step is a bath in a wooden tub, in the components of which are prepared beer: hops, malt and yeast. Foster the intensity of the bath and the effect of treatment is proper selection of bath temperature (36 +-1C °) and the use of aeration. Atomized stream of air bubbles accelerates the dissolution of the components of hops and malt, making it easier to be absorbed into the skin. During the bath all the time it is possible to brew and sip unpasteurized beer from local brewery Cornelius. (Bath time is 25 minutes.)

The last stage of beer bath is relaxing on a wooden deck chair. We are wrapped in a soft blanket, listening to music, drink some beer. Components of the beer bath are on the skin and the heat absorbed yet.
